Shipping rates are calculated during the checkout process and are dependent upon the ship to location. 

Please estimate 3-7 business days for orders placed within the contiguous US states and 7-21 business days for international orders. Tracking will be provided alongside the order confirmation.

At Strada Racing Club, our customers’ satisfaction is a top priority. With that being said, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we do accept returns. It is important to note that we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used and the customer is responsible for return shipping. 

The item(s) ordered must be returned within 30 days of purchase. The item(s) must also be unopened and in their original box. A full refund will be applied for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Please ensure when returning products or packages to us, that the original invoice or a copy is included with the order number listed, as well as your name, full address, phone number, and email address. Also, please make sure that the item is sent via US Mail, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or any other trackable shipping method. 

We cannot issue refunds for items that we have not received, and proof of delivery may be necessary in some cases. If an order is undeliverable, we will refund the price of the item, however, the shipping charges will not be refunded.
